1 to 1 Counselling

Online Counselling can be conducted via webcam using Zoom^® or Skype^®. Please let me know which of these you wish to use, when you book.

The counselling session will take place at mutually agreed times.
The usual counselling session is between 50 - 55 minutes in length or you could choose the extended session which is between 85-90 minutes in length.

These will take place on a mutually agreed basis which may be weekly, fortnightly or even monthly.

At our first session we wll briefly discuss confidentiality and the counselling agreement. After this we will discuss the issue(s) that prompted your interest.

All sessions must be confirmed by payment, within 24 hours of booking or the session could be offered elswhere.

A discount will be given for a multiple booking of six sessions (after the initial session), when paid for in advance.

Online counselling is available during the day Monday to Thursday (some teatime and evening sessions may be available).

Please note: cancelling an agreed session requires a minimum of 48 hours notice or full session fees will be charged.
